Movies in the Arboretum

What could be better than watching a movie under the stars? Starting at dusk on the 8th Street side of Frontier Park across from Romolo Chocolates. Join us for a free movie, weather permitting. Bring your own blanket or chairs. Movie will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. Thanks to the Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority, Grise Audio Visual, Knox Law, and Solenoid Solutions Inc. for their support of the Movies in the Arboretum.

    Celebrate Lake Erie Cycle Fest with a screening of Breaking Away. Released in 1979 and nominated for four Oscars this is the story of a small-town boy obsessed with the Italian cycling team, as he vies for the affections of a college girl. (101 mins)

  • August 25, 8:30PM

    The quiet life of a terrier named Max is upended when his owner takes in Duke, a stray whom Max instantly dislikes in The Secret Life of Pets. (87 mins)

    SINGA koala named Buster recruits his best friend to help him drum up business for his theater by hosting a singing competition. (110 mins)
